Nestled in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park and just 15 minutes from Granada, the traditional oil mill that we will visit produces high-quality oil at more than 900 meters of altitude in well-preserved nature. An ecological experience where we will discover the process of making the "liquid gold" of Spain. The fruit of the Sierra Nevada olive trees is a delicacy in itself, raised in a natural environment with unique characteristics. Converting that fruit into extra virgin olive oil of the same quality requires special experience and resources. At the established time, we move from Granada to the oil mill for a private guided tour of the olive grove, where, on a walk through the olive grove, we will discover the history and evolution of the olive since it was introduced by the Greeks. We continue the visit inside the oil mill to learn about the production and marketing process of extra virgin olive oil. After the visit, return to Granada
