Your adventure begins with a scenic train ride from Florence to La Spezia, followed by a journey on the 5 Terre Express to Manarola. Stroll through its colorful streets, take iconic photos, or join an optional hike with breathtaking views.
Next, visit Vernazza, known for its marina and delicious food. Enjoy fried seafood or Pasta al Pesto before relaxing on the beach. Then, head to Monterosso, where you can unwind on sandy beaches, swim, or shop for local treats.
Finally, explore Riomaggiore and enjoy free time or an optional walk along the scenic Via dell’Amore, recently reopened after 12 years. End your day with a train ride back to Florence, cherishing unforgettable memories.
In summer it is recommended to bring hat, sun cream, bottle of water and swimming suit. In winter it is recommended to bring a rain jacket in the event of bad weather
Please keep in mind that trains to Cinque Terre are regional trains. This means that no seats are assigned nor guaranteed. In high season ( June, July & August ) due to the popularity of the villages, the trains could be very crowed and hot, be prepared
